3. User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow users to upload, post, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to audio files and comments (collectively "User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through our platform.

You agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

• infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party

• is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive

• is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive

• promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group

• is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity

• promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances
